Howard County Debaters Dominate Regional Debate Tournaments Congratulations to Howard High School's Josh Manley and Catherine Thompson for winning their second straight JV Debate Tournament of 2008! Congratulations also to Dan Li and Jonathan Kowarski for winning the Novice Division at Pennsbury Debate Tournament.
Capitol Debate Signs Partnership with Howard County School System Capitol Debate has signed an official partnership with the Howard County School System to bring debate to all high schools in Howard County, Maryland.

Centennial, Glenelg & Reservoir off to Great Starts! At Thomas Johnson HS on October 28, Glenelg's Liz Ferris won top speaker & Christina Lee won second speaker & they won the novice tournament. Reservoir's Eric McCullin and Jeremy Plant took 4th place in Novice. On November 11th at Arundel HS, Centennial's Wesam Navgi won 3rd place speaker & Eli Herrrstadt won 4th Place Speaker & they took 2nd place overall in Novice while Kevin Li & Sid Patel took 4th, Soyoung Seo and Yuris Kim took 5th & Mara Castelbaum & Sofi Martinez took 8th place - way to go!!
